Story
It's surprising to think that even in 2023, with all the technological advancements and medical breakthroughs happening every day, there are still countries where hospitals lack access to basic necessities like clean water and electricity. Sadly, in some places, young girls are at risk of being forced into marriage and may not receive adequate sex education.
The devastating effects of climate change include extreme weather, disease outbreaks, and widespread poverty. It's imperative that we take immediate action to tackle this pressing issue.
EMMS International operates in the remote areas of Malawi, Nepal, and India where such situations occur frequently. EMMS International also provides support to projects in Scotland.
Make a positive impact this August/September by taking action and participating in our Four Nation Challenge and Pedal 4 Poverty. Through biking and fundraising, you can play a significant role in building hospitals, educating young girls and boys about sexual health, providing career opportunities for vulnerable young women, and delivering essential palliative care. Your contribution can make a significant difference in the lives of many. Join us now!
