This Ramadan, let’s come together in the spirit of generosity. Donate now and share the blessing of iftar with those who need it most.
As of January 2025, Syria's food insecurity has reached critical levels. Approximately 14 million people are food insecure, with at least 9 million facing severe hunger conditions. The economic collapse has led to a tripling of the cost of living over the past three years. Consequently, 90% of Syrians now live below the poverty line. The widespread poverty forces many families to reduce their daily meals or resort to less nutritious food options. These challenges have left millions of Syrians dependent on humanitarian assistance to meet their basic needs. Syria ranks fourth on the International Rescue Committee’s IRC 2025 Emergency Watchlist, a list of countries most likely to experience a deteriorating humanitarian crisis. (sources: WFP, OCHA, IRC)
In this context, initiatives like providing hot iftar meals during Ramadan are crucial to support families facing such hardships. For just $6–$8, you can provide a hot meal that feeds an entire family. Our kitchen will prepare up to 600 meals daily, to provide for up to 3,000 people, ensuring that no one has to break their fast hungry.
All charitable contributions are accepted, including Zakat.
