Ella Rowcroft ward, at Torbay Hospital, is an Elective Orthopaedic ward, where patients come post surgery for joint replacements or repairs. A stay on the ward can be challenging post surgery, and the dedicated team is always looking for ways to improve facilities on the ward to make a patients' stay more stimulating.

The team is currently raising funds to purchase TVs, a DVD player and games for the patients to use in the ward's day room.

The Torbay and South Devon NHS Charity raises funds to help improve and enhance patient care in Torbay Hospital, in community hospitals and through our community services. Donations and fundraising help the dedicated teams to go above and beyond for their patients.
