Imagine this: You're up in the sky, flying high like a superhero, all for a great cause. That's what the Elevate H.E.R. fundraiser is all about! It's not just a skydiving event; it's all about supporting victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault to become Healthy, Empowered, and Resilient.

Here's the deal: people sign up to make the jump from 14,000 feet up in the air. They get friends, family, and maybe even their boss to sponsor them for every second they spend free-falling. All the money raised goes to programs and initiatives that help victims and survivors lead healthier lives, feel strong and confident, and bounce back from tough times.

So, when you join Elevate H.E.R., you're not just getting an adrenaline rush from jumping out of a plane. You're helping lift victims up in a big way. It's like being a superhero for a day, but instead of capes, we've got parachutes!

Elevate H.E.R. (HEALTHY. EMPOWERED. RESILIENT) is all about giving a hand to victims and survivors in Brevard County who need to break free from abuse and start living a SAFE, HEALTHY, and SELF-SUFFICENT life.

Here's how it works: folks from the community, like you and me, step up to raise some serious cash—anywhere from $5,000 to $25,000 each. Those funds go straight into lifting a victim out of violence and into a safe space where they can heal for 3 to 12 months. (Check out our photo gallery for specific details on those numbers!)

On October 12, 2024, it's Elevate HER Jump Day! The Women’s Center of Brevard will throw a big, exclusive, VIP event at Skydive Sebastian to celebrate all the awesome supporters who pitched in.

And get this: as these brave souls skydive down to the event, we're cheering them on! Why? Because each jump is a symbol of someone facing their fears head-on, all to help another victim break free from theirs. That's what Elevate H.E.R. is all about—lifting each other up, one jump at a time.

There are many opportunities to get involved with this event that do not involve jumping out of an airplane!

-Event sponsorships are available and range from having a customized flag flown over the event by a professional skydiver in your honor to your personal words of encouragement that will line the path to the airplane for the jumpers.
