The Pediatric Interest Group at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine is raising money for the Rose F. Kennedy Children's Evaluation & Rehabilitation Center (RFK CERC) by organizing participation in the New Balance Bronx 10 Mile Run. The RFK CERC is dedicated to helping infants, children, and adults --- with or at risk for developmental disabilities --- to reach their potential and live fulfilling lives. Since 1966, The RFK CERC has served those most in need in the Bronx, providing roughly 40,000 annual visits and serving 7,500 children. The RFK CERC provides integrated, disability-informed care that includes services such as audiology, neurology/seizure management, special care dentistry, ophthalmology, psychotherapy, occupational therapy, nutrition, and much more.
Money raised by donating to Einstein for CERC will go to support all of the amazing services this center provides, all of the specialists and staff they employ, and the equipment they need to provide excellent care. The RFK CERC has been an integral part of the Bronx and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine for more than half a century and your donation will make sure it stays that way. On behalf of the Pediatric Interest Group at Einstein, as well as all those participating and running in the New Balance Bronx 10 Mile Run, thank you!
