Building a World with Essential Infrastructure for All
Across the globe, billions of people still live without safe access to clean water, sanitation, hygiene, education, healthcare, markets and more. Engineers in Action partners with communities to change that - building the essential infrastructure that connects families to opportunity and protects health for generations to come.
In 2025, we achieved our biggest year yet. Together with over two dozen university and industry partners, we built 32 bridge and WASH projects across Bolivia, Eswatini, Ecuador, and Peru - transforming daily life for nearly 33,000 people who once faced isolation or unsafe water. Each project reflects what makes EIA unique - a model of work supported by governments, orchestrated by staff, amplified by volunteers, and rooted in communities.
Watch the highlight video below to see what that impact looks like - from students and professionals working hand in hand with communities to families crossing their new bridges and turning on clean water for the first time.
Together, We Can Go Even Further
In 2026, we aim to build even more essential infrastructure with communities across the globe. To make that happen, we need your support.
At our current capacity, it costs just $50 to serve one community member. That means:
$50 can help a child reach school safely.
$50 can connect a mother to healthcare.
$50 can bring clean water to a family in need.
Give what you can - or rally friends to join you and reach that $50 together. Every gift builds connection, health, and hope.
