Story

On Saturday 4 May 2024, 55 brave individuals took part in the Exeter Cathedral Abseil Adventure including octogenarian, Anne Eyre, who led the organisation of the event.

Congratulations to all of the adventurous abseilers who took part, and huge thanks to Anne Eyre for spearheading a truly unforgettable fundraising initiative.

There is still time to support those who took part. All proceeds will go towards a window in Exeter Cathedral's Cloister Gallery. The new structure will connect the Cathedral with the 13th century Chapter House and Pearson Building, making us a better place for community gatherings, events and much more.
