For the ultimate thrill seeker, we have put together three challenge events in one with our first ever Earth, Wind and Fire event. It begins in September with Wind, as our Team Mission members brave an abseil down the famous Coventry Cathedral. Then, in October, theyll tackle Earth as a group of trekkers and, led by a professional guide, will hike the 1,085 metres to the top of Mount Snowdon, the highest point in the British Isles outside of the Scottish Highlands. Then finish off this epic set of three in November with Fire, at Warwick Racecourse, putting mind over matter as they take a bare foot walk over red hot embers, that reach 800 degrees.
All in support of their local air ambulance, a charity who does not receive any government funding for our lifesaving service and
we rely entirely on donations to raise the money we need for each lifesaving mission
Every day of the year, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance is
helping save more lives. Our critical care paramedics,
doctors and pilots attend an average of five rescue
missions a day.
Within minutes they can be on the ground delivering
lifesaving care. The air ambulance gives people the
very best chance of survival and recovery.
We are supported by a Critical Care Car meaning
that we can reach those who need us 24 hours a
day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
