Disability Sheffield is a local charity that has been supporting the disabled community to make their own voices heard since 2003; what we call ‘community advocacy.’

Over the years we have also taken on other projects benefitting our community which otherwise would have been lost, Including:

Sheffield Voices: Our community-advocacy group for adults with learning disabilities

Sheffield Cycling 4 All: the well known and much loved inclusive cycling project

Sheffield Travel Support: Accessible transport service for adults with learning disabilities or Autism

Like a lot of charities over the last fifteen years we have suffered a lot from the ongoing impacts from austerity and the recent cost of living crisis.
