Story
A 1.2 mile swim in open water; 56 mile bike ride over the Dartmoor hills; and a 13 mile half marathon to finish. And it all has to be completed in 8.5 hours.
I'm training hard every day now, getting the miles in and practising putting each stage together ie. swim followed by cycling, and what is proving the hardest thing of all, trying to run afterwards when you're already very tired and have been non-weight bearing for a long time. Getting exhausted legs to co-ordinate with each other and to move forwards in a straight line is surprisingly tricky.
