Story
We help over 22,000 people in Dorset with their mental health every year by providing a range of vital support services for adults and young people.
This year, its set to be EVEN MORE - we are facing a mental health crisis.
In these difficult times, we adapted our face-to-face services so that we could continue to provide vital support for people when they need it.
We currently deliver our groups, 1-2-1 support including counselling and befriending online or by phone. We're also working closely with local schools to continue to deliver support online too. And we're delivering training webinars and 1-2-1 wellbeing checks for companies whose employees need our help.
We're doing the best we can to ensure that no-one faces their mental health problems without support and respect.
Rest assured, your donation will stay within Dorset to benefit local people - you might even know someone who has received our help, or needs it - in which case, please signpost them to our website, dorsetmind.uk.
Follow us online across our social media channels for updates on our services and wellbeing tips to help get you through the pandemic. It's a challenging time for us all, but we are here to support local people as best we can.
