Thank you for joining Team Dogs Trust at the Great North Run 2020.This year this event is going to be bigger and better than ever! Thank you so much for being a part of it.

This page is here to bring the team together. We will post regular updates and photos of our progress, as well as sharing some stories from our members of the team and from our Dogs Trust Rehoming Centres. We would invite you to use these stories (or your own) to assist your fundraising.

We recently took a visit to our Oakfield Old Dogs Home in Shrewsbury, set in a quaint cottage separate from our main rehoming centre. Unlike our normal kennel space, this home is designed to have all the comforts of a regular living and is perfect place for our older residents to stay while they are with Dogs Trust. We are very grateful to be able to offer this facility to our older dogs, as sometimes going into regular kennels can be stressful for them, especially for dogs who might not have experienced life outside the family home.
