Story

Thank you for taking part in 24 Days of Fitmas! From Christmas crunches to star jumps and wall sits to your favourite Christmas song, Fitmas is a great way to keep fit this December, all whilst raising vital funds for our four-legged friends!

Here is Sam & Ash from SMASH Mind and Body to show you exactly how to complete each exercise safely.
