Story
💕 The Purpose
The DOGS Community have come together to support World Child Cancer, an incredible charity that supports children with cancer across the world. Over 400,000 children develop cancer each year. If the disease is detected early enough, many of these children can be cured – 80% of children with cancer in high-income countries survive. However, in low- and middle-income countries, survival rates can be as low as 10%, and many children die, without effective pain relief. World Child Cancer is dedicated to addressing the disparity of cancer care for children across the world. Every child, no matter where they are born should have access to the best possible treatment and care.
World Child Cancer funds programmes in Bangladesh, Cameroon, Ghana, Indonesia, Kenya, Kosovo, Malawi, Nepal, Mexico, Myanmar, Sierra Leone and Vietnam. With your support we will increase the number of children diagnosed with cancer in low-income countries, improve the quality of care they receive, and provide financial and emotional support for their families.
🐶 Breaking Barriers
DOGS Breaking Boundaries is all about pushing past limits and proving that meme cryptocurrencies can drive real-world impact. Each month, members of the DOGS community are going outside of their comfort zone, while raising funds for those who need them most. Each brave challenge we take on symbolises the resilience of those we aim to help.
