Story
Woody and Nellie have short legs but big hearts!
They are walking to help TVS to buy laptops for South African schoolchildren in rural areas who have no access to computers or the internet to help them with their schoolwork or open their eyes to the rest of the world. During the Covid pandemic these children fell far behind in their education and without IT skills they are cut off from opportunities to enter higher education and the job market.
A message from one person we helped
"I just want to thank TVS for enabling my dreams and always going the extra mile to help kids from underprivileged areas like me. TVS is doing outstanding work and with every initiative or project, it is unlocking a child’s potential to be great." Siya
Help us to help many more children
Siya Daniel was ten years old when he started the TVS after school programme. He is now a senior accountant with an international company. A basic laptop costs around 6000 Rand (£250) please help us to buy as many as possible and so that we can help more children like Siya.
