What Is Up With Women?

Up With Women / Exponenti'elles is a registered Canadian charity that provides free, professional coaching to hundreds of women and gender diverse individuals across Ontario, Quebec, BC and Alberta. Our mission is to provide vulnerable and marginalized folks with the tools to rebuild their lives and permanently escape the cycle of poverty.

Up With Women provides:

*Career and Business Coaching - Each client is paired with an International Coaching Federation-certified coach who will work with them over two sessions a month for a full year.

*Self-Understanding - In-depth, industry-level work-style, career skills and preference, and emotional intelligence assessment tools are provided for greater self-knowledge.

*Group Learning & Support - Group sessions help clients learn from each other, share challenges and questions, and build community. Monthly group workshops from professionals focus on skills development such as financial literacy, mental health resilience, etc.
