Ride+Stride is an annual event during which our supporters raise money for DHCT and for their own church by cycling, walking or riding between any number of our beautiful churches and chapels. DHCT uses half of the money raised (£87,000 in 2022) to fund vital repairs to roofs and fabric while the other half is returned to the participating churches to help with their own maintenance. DHCT also grant aid the provision of facilities such as kitchenettes and lavatories so that our churches are flexible enough for use throughout the week for community activities.

When sponsoring a Rider/Strider or simply donating, please specify in the message box, first the village or town and then the name of the church so that we can ensure that your sponsorship/donation is credited to the church you are supporting. For example Ashmore, St Nicholas or Dorchester, Baptist Church.
