Inspired by our incredible fundraisers from Berkhamsted School, we are challenging YOU to take on a 1-week Exercisathon to help raise money to keep our services going.
Its super simple and you can do it all from the comfort of your own home!
1. Choose your exercise
Whether its a dance around your kitchen, your daily dog walk or some mindful yoga pick which exercises you can do safely.
2. Set your goal
Based on your chosen exercises, select what goal you want to aim to complete by the end of the week! You could...
- Set a distance goal
- Set a time spent exercising goal
- Set a step count goal
3. Set up your fundraising page
Create a Just Giving page and share with your community to raise money to ensure DENS can keep helping the vulnerable members of our community through this difficult time.
4. Get exercising!
Your 1-week challenge begins! Post your progress on social media each day with the hashtag #DoItForDens.
It's all about making your daily exercise count. It doesn't matter what you do just Do It For DENS.
You can do this challenge alone or with family & friends - why not get a virtual group together and set yourself a bigger target?
Every penny raised will make a huge difference to DENS and the services we are able to offer to those facing homelessness, poverty and social exclusions in the coming weeks.
