Chris Brown enters his 10th season as head coach at Fort Hays State in 2021. In 2017 Brown led the Tigers to their most successful season in program history with a record of 11-1, including an undefeated 11-0 mark in the regular season. The Tigers have now enjoyed seven consecutive winning seasons, their longest streak since joining NCAA Division II. Brown has the most wins of any head football coach in FHSU history. FHSU has participated in postseason play in 4 of the last 5 seasons.

All money raised through Tiger Football's "Defend the Fort" annual campaign will specifically assist in meeting and enhancing the football operating budget.
