Story
This page is a tribute to Captain Sir Tom Moore and all the donors and fundraisers who have supported the NHS during the Covid pandemic. Please continue to support us as we raise valuable funds for the ongoing recovery and resilience of NHS staff at Dorset County Hospital.
Our amazing staff at Dorset County Hospital have gone above and beyond the call of duty to care for the most vulnerable members of our society. The NHS is at the forefront of the fight against COVID-19 (coronavirus) and our dedicated staff from domestics to doctors, nurses to porters at Dorset County Hospital are continuing to do all they can to care for those most at risk.
The DCH COVID-19 Appeal is raising funds so we can provide even more support for staff and patients during, and particularly after, the COVID-19 crisis. If you would like to show your support for the commitment and sacrifice our staff are making in caring for all our patients this would be greatly valued.
We are all so proud of our dedicated staff at Dorset County Hospital who have worked so hard to help get our community, our families and friends through this crisis. This includes frontline staff directly looking after COVID-19 patients and also those working tirelessly behind the scenes to support them. They have stepped up to the challenge and we are focused on helping them do their jobs to provide the care which is needed.
Coronavirus in the UK is still a huge threat. Those who keep the hospital functioning are among the most important individuals in the ongoing fight against this virus.
#DCHCOVID19Appeal
At the end of this Appeal any remaining funds will be used to provide ongoing support to staff and patients at Dorset County Hospital.
