Dave was the Club's founding chairman making history by helping form the first supporter owned football club in the UK. His work also encouraged others to keep their clubs within their community. His passion for football was matched by his devotion to equality and fairness through his work as a union representative. He will be sorely missed by his wife Rizete, step daughter Barbara and his daughters Amy and Clare with whom he shared the best of times.
