We took in four abandoned puppies that were all in poor health. Dash became very sick with Parvovirus and our vet bill became large.

Story

Dash was desperately ill and underwent lots of treatment to make him better. Against all odds he recovered from Parvovirus and has now been rehomed along with all his siblings. His vet bill has amounted to £5230.87.

About the charity

Stokenchurch dog rescue was originally formed by local residents in 1963 to save the lives of stray and unwanted dogs. We never destroy a healthy dog, believing that somewhere there is a kind and permanent home for every dog. We also take in and care for the sick, the old and the traumatised.
