Help vulnerable children living in some of Scotlands most deprived areas receive the support they need to cope with the chaos and trauma of parental substance abuse and/or imprisonment.
Whilst helping vulnerable children you will also benefit from a daily exercise routine that is tailored to your current ability level and has been proven to improve both physical and mental health.
If you are just starting to get fit, choose our beginner level and run 1 mile per day. Enjoy a steady improvement in fitness throughout the month whilst being able to boast that you have run more than the equivalent of a marathon in June.
Already relatively fit and looking for a challenge then try our experienced 5km per day challenge. Sounds easy? Then consider it as running more than 3 marathons in 1 month
