The Cystic Fibrosis Ireland International Walk is Ireland's longest running charity walk, spanning over 27 years and raising millions for people living with Cystic Fibrosis in Ireland.

Each year, our dedicated walkers fly overseas to a new location to walk up to 10 kilometres a day to raise vital monies to fund services and support for people with CF.
