Story

Scott's son, Alex, 22, has lived with muscle wasting condition Becker Muscular Dystrophy since he was 14. Scott wants to fund raise to help Muscular Dystrophy conduct more research into the condition, and to find then roll out a cure.

He explained: For Alex, the basics are hard: getting out of bed, getting from room to room, being able to go literally anywhere that has a step to get in. Alex can only walk a few yards. This has a vast effect on every aspect of life. The funds raised from this challenge will go into finding and (hopefully) implementing a cure. To be able to see Alex simply get up and walk would be amazing.

Starting from Cornwall, and ending at the Centre for Life in Newcastle, going through every county in England. Totaling around 1100 miles, It's going to be a challenge totaling 8 days between 115 and 145 miles each day.

I'm inviting people from round the country to get involved on the days that are local to them, to get sponsored and help bring that target closer.
