Visit the charity's profileThe Care Workers Charity and Kaido invite you and your care home colleagues to take part in the Around the World' health and wellbeing challenge.
Over a period of 4 weeks, colleagues and their teams will compete to earn Kaido Points for positive improvements they make to their physical and mental health. These points fuel their progress along a virtual journey Around the World following in the footsteps of the intrepid explorer Phileas Fogg!
From practising daily mindfulness, completing PE with Joe Wicks, even doing the gardening, with Kaido everything counts!
This challenge is designed to drive engagement, boost morale and improve connectivity between colleagues, whilst helping them to look after their physical and mental health in a fun and interactive way.

Please set your team up as a fundraiser to raise money and gain sponsorship for participating in this challenge. We recommend a target of £300 per team - try to raise this much by the time you have gone around the world.
