Story
Right now we are experiencing changes and restrictions to our daily life like most of us have never gone through before. Not knowing where and when we will be able to see family and friends again and if life will return to normal, many people feel lonely and isolated, their mental health is poor and they pray for better times ahead.
For others not a lot has changed, they were lonely and isolated before the pandemic struck. They had no one to talk too, possibly turning to substance use or alcohol to get them through the day, whilst poor mental health means some contemplate suicide. They pray for help, someone to offer support, advice and lend a listening ear.
At CrossReach we believe everyone deserves to live their best possible life at any given time, and we believe in the Power of Prayer.
Philippians chapter 4 verse 6 says
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
We would like you to be part of something special, powerful and emotive. We would like to give you your voice and hear what you are praying, hoping or thankful for and unite people from all over Scotland and beyond. We will bring all our voices together and release them as one video of prayer, thanks and hopes on Easter Sunday.
Your voice matters, your mental health matters, you matter to CrossReach!

Easter Sunday is about the resurrection. It also signifies spring, a new season of new hope where the days are longer. temperatures rise and flowers blossom.
Life is a miracle lets make sure everyone has the chance to live theirs to the full.
