On 18th December, I will be taking on the Celtic Trail Race, 32-mile Ultra Marathon to raise money for Cwm Taf Morgannwg Mind.

Mental health isnt something thats directly affected me but Ive got good friends who have been affected along with losing loved ones due to them unknowingly suffering.

I think its something thats overlooked, especially in men, and something people still find difficult to talk about even though its in the media and posted online a lot more nowadays.

Anything you donate will be reinvested back into the community by Cwm Taf Morgannwg Mind to support those who need it most.
