The aim of OHOB has always been to support others by providing them with humanitarian aid items, household goods, pay for services or support with providing essential day to day basic items. When we saw the affect of Corona-virus across social media and that it was directly affecting so many of our supporters we wanted to help.

The Corona-virus has been declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation and this is a crisis that will have an impact on all of us, this includes teachers, musicians, the elderly, those with health conditions, sole traders, business people and those in the hospitality industry and many more. As a community we are all working together to help and support those who have felt the impact.

As measures are gradually put in place, to combat the spread of the virus, it is clear that there will be damaging economic and social consequences for many people. We have set up this relief fund to help local people within the South West who have been most affected, either through a loss in income, illness or isolation. All donations raised will be used to put together food or hygiene packs, offer small grants, or to help people pay for goods and services during this difficult time.
