Our hospitals are currently faced with the highest numbers of Covid patients since the start of the pandemic significantly more than we had during the first peak. Staff are under immense pressure and were doing everything possible to look after their health and wellbeing while they work tirelessly to care for patients

Having learnt so much from the first wave, we know how to support our staff, but we can only do this with your help. Right now, staff across our hospitals continue to work tirelessly to deliver care to those who need it most. Many are working longer shifts, extra days and continuing to spend a lot of time away from their home and families to keep them safe and ensure every patient receives the care they deserve.

Your donation will help us to support staff wellbeing and provide psychological support, enhance staff spaces to create comfortable areas so that they can take a break during or after their shifts and also enable to us a charity to react effectively as demands on our hospital change.
