Kids Inspire is a children's charity working with young people and their families to build resilience and skills to face anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, and other mental health concerns.

Can you help? Kids Inspire are asking supporters to take on this special FREE End to End virtual Coronation Challenge in aid of the work they do helping young people and families.

In the past few years, the demand for Kids Inspire's services has increased rapidly. Trauma-informed creative therapy gives a young person a weekly space to work with a highly qualified member of their team. They are taught a range of skills to enable them to cope with and be resilient to lifes daily challenges. Alongside this, the team works with the family which means that they are in an informed position and ready to support their child.

Funds raised through this challenge will help Kids Inspire reach more young people and families than ever before.
