Sadly, for a lot of people Christmas isn't always the most Wonderful time of the year. Here at Conwy Mind we see a rise in phone calls and people needing support.

For a lot of people Christmas can bring a range of negative emotions such as loneliness, stress and anxiety. If you're already struggling with your mental health this can be very overwhelming.

This Christmas we want to ensure we can support those who need it most by answering more calls, supporting more people and speaking louder for everyone effected by Mental Health.

Please donate what you can:

- £10 could provide a befriending call to individuals dealing with isolation and loneliness

- £20 could provide an hour 1-1 support for Young People

- £40 could provide a 1:1 counselling session for someone

- £125 could provide a 5 week 1:1 Supported Self Help Programme
