Tickets are £5 for a book of 6. Please donate the amount that corresponds to the number of tickets you wish to buy (e.g. £10 for 12 tickets).

When donating, tick the box alongside "I'm happy to be contacted by the CJD Support Network" and ensure you give us your correct email address. PLEASE DO NOT ADD GIFT AID IF YOU ARE PURCHASING TICKETS. If you wish to donate and not receive raffle tickets then please do tick the box to add Gift Aid. Justgiving can then share your contact details with us and we will send your ticket numbers within 2 weeks of your donation.

The raffle prize draw will take place on International CJD Awareness day on Saturday 12th November and all winners will be notified in the subsequent week. Winning numbers will also be posted on our website www.cjdsupport.co.uk
