Circle supports families to create stable and supportive environments that give their children the best possible start in life.

Children growing up in the poorest parts of Scotland have to cope with parental substance use, parental imprisonment, domestic abuse, trauma and loss. Their daily life can include social isolation, shame and fundamental needs like food, clothing and a safe home being unmet. Without the right support their situation can lead to significant long term problems with both their physical and mental health.

Circle understands that all parents want to give their children the love, attention and support they need and deserve but for a variety of reasons they are experiencing difficulties. Our Family Outreach Workers give these families an opportunity to talk, to highlight and build on the strengths they already have whilst being supported to get help with any specific problems they are going through.
