Girlguiding are once again excited to be an official partner of BBC Children in Need. This year we're asking Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Rangers and volunteers to do what they love with a fundraising twist so that together, we can change young lives.

BBC Children in Need has partnered with BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing to add a touch of sparkle to this years Appeal. We are challenging our members to fundraise with a Strictly twist.

There are so many ways you can get involved and take part. Whether you want to take on a dance challenge, go glam with your dress up day, get judging with Strictly scoring paddles, or simply add a sparkle to your bakes theres no limit to what you can do to raise money.

The money raised through the partnership between BBC Children in Need and Girlguiding will be split equally between the two organisations and will go on to make a difference to young lives across the UK.

Girlguiding is the leading charity for girls and young women in the UK, with nearly a third of a million members. With over 25,000 groups meeting weekly, powered by over 80,000 volunteers, Girlguiding is active in every part of the UK offering girls and young women a space where they can be themselves, have fun, build brilliant friendships, gain valuable life skills and make a positive difference in their communities.
