Good luck and thank you to all Team CHSW runners running in the 2025 London Marathon!

Our amazing team of runners are taking on this challenge and are raising vital funds to make the most of short and precious lives in the South West.

Your generous donations will help families enjoy the time they have together, no matter how short. When parents can feel like Mum and Dad again, brothers and sisters can form friendships with other children experiencing the same journey and the whole family simply spend precious time together.

We provide hospice care for babies, children and young people living with life-limiting conditions and their families. Hospice stays, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at 3 children's hospices; Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall.
