Story
Christmas in hospital is always tough but you can help Northamptonshire Health Charity make a difference and bring a smile to patients by donating to our Christmas Gifts appeal, helping to ensure every patient receives a gift on Christmas day.
Northamptonshire Health Charity supports your local hospitals, including Northampton General, Kettering General and all the community and mental health hospitals in the county (Berrywood, Isebrook, Corby, St Marys). There are many patients, mostly elderly, that have nobody, which means no visitors and no gift on Christmas day.
Thanks to the continued and generous support from the local community last year, every inpatient received a gift bag containing items, which helped to remind them people are thinking about them. Every year, the charity team are blown away by the generosity and kindness shown by everyone in helping to achieve this goal.
It is appreciated that Christmas shopping might still be affected by COVID19 this year so if you'd prefer to make a donation via this page we will be able to use the funds raised to purchase gifts for patients on your behalf. Alternatively, we do have an Amazon Wish List again if you'd prefer to donate something from there, it will be delivered directly to the charity office: https://www.amazon.co.uk/hz/wishlist/ls/1VSCK7UYYD28B.
With your help lets make sure that no one is forgotten this Christmas. Your support really does make a difference!
