This is not going to be a normal Christmas. But then again, 2020 hasn't been a normal year. We are in a mental health emergency and we want to make things better for people in our community living with a mental health problem.

£5 helps towards the cost of a wellbeing call for our clients who are unable to attend services during the pandemic

£15 will help fund a 1-1 counselling session

£100 will fund one meeting of our You in Mind support groups
