Childhood Day 2023
Childhood Day is a day that brings everyone in the UK together to protect children. Whether you fundraise, donate, volunteer or take action, all we ask is that you play your part to help keep children safe.
This Childhood Day on 9 June, schools around the UK are joining in with the Childhood Day Mile.
Get parading around the playground, dancing in the dinner hall or lunging in between lessons. However you move your mile, every pound you raise will help support the NSPCC's vital work. Taking part is quick and easy. All you need to do is to decide how to move a mile and take part on Friday 9 June.
The money you raise could help to fund Childline, a service that's there 24/7, for any child or young person to turn to, or it could help the NSPCC to visit more schools as part of their Speak Out Stay Safe programme, giving children the knowledge and confidence to speak out about anything that's worrying them, including abuse, so they can get help.
