Story
This year is a very special year in the history of Chestnut Tree House.
We're marking 21 years since we opened our doors. Over this time we've cared for more than 1,100 children and young people, offering support to their parents, carers and siblings too.
We're hoping to raise £21,000 in honour of our 21st year! Whatever you decide to do to fundraise - all amounts, big or small - make a huge difference.

What Chestnut means to the families we support
Without Chestnut, families wouldn’t cope. Knowing that we have Chestnut is like having another family member. We can genuinely relax and have a break knowing that all Nora’s health needs will be met. And just like with family, we feel totally accepted and like we can show up as ourselves even on a bad day.

It’s hard to express what the support of Chestnut Tree House means to my family. I honestly don’t know how I would have got through the last few years without Chestnut’s support.

The impact you've made
For over two decades you've helped to make children’s hospice care possible.
Your fundraising has made 21 years of adding life to shortened years possible; helping families create precious memories and providing specialist end-of-life care.
Looking to the future, we've got lots of ambitions to help as many families as we can. With your help, we're hoping to care for more children and young people in our local community, reaching families who don't know about Chestnut and continue to provide high-quality care to the children and families we support.
