Celebrate Changing Lives 50th anniversary by completing 50km across 9 days any way you like. You can walk, run, cycle, row, swim, skate...whatever takes your fancy!
You can split the distance over the 9 days, which is just 5.5km (3 miles) a day from daily dog walks, school runs or just generally going about your daily business at home or work.
Or how about stepping it up to 25km each weekend? You could mix and match the ways you rack up the miles to keep it interesting.
Or go for gold and push yourself to a 50km challenge in one day.
Its your event, your way and there's something for everyone! You can complete the challenge solo, with friends, family or colleagues.
