The impact of your support!

Did you know that 1 in 4 people will experience mental illness at some point in their lifetime?

By fundraising for Change Mental Health, you will help more people to access our Advice and Support Service. It’s a lifeline for those who struggle to leave the house due to their mental health or may not have accessible services available to them.

Cameron had depression, and due to the upcoming anniversary of his father’s passing, he had sleep problems and difficulty focusing at work. He was left isolated with his worries. He reached out to the Advice and Support Service for help.

I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to listen to me and really hear what I’m going through. It’s such a relief to have someone to talk to honestly about everything. - Cameron

By taking on the May Munro Challenge, YOU will help more people like Cameron to receive essential support when they need it the most.
