The Homelessness Partnership BCP is on a mission to end homelessness in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole – and we need your support.

Lots of people want to help those who are without a home but need to know that their donation will make a real difference. Our Change for Good crowd-funding appeal supports people recovering from homelessness to take those precious steps on the road to recovery.

Every donation goes directly to local support services that work with people who are experiencing homelessness or rough sleeping – helping at-risk individuals and families to rebuild their lives and enjoy a brighter future filled with hope.

Your generous donations have funded white goods for formerly homeless veterans, bought furniture to transform empty flats into homes for people moving on from homelessness and provided one-to-one coaching with trauma support workers.

Donations have helped services to buy Christmas gifts for young people without a home, equip people with skills to live independently and provide life’s essentials to those in need: hot food, showers, clothing and toiletries, to name a few.

Every donation goes into the central Change for Good funding pot. Funds are managed independently by the Dorset Community Foundation, which invites local organisations to apply for grants for practical solutions that will support people as they move away from the streets, or make the journey out of temporary accommodation.
