Many young women and girls face barriers to fulfilling their potential. In these unprecedented times, young women have been hit particularly hard - 78% of those who lost jobs at the start of the pandemic were women and two-thirds were aged 18 to 34.

The need to support young women has never been greater.

The Change a Girl's Life campaign, proudly supported by Dell Technologies, is run by The Princes Trust Women Supporting Women community, which consists of more than 85 passionate and influential individuals spanning the worlds of philanthropy, entrepreneurs and leading businesses within the UK.

Women Supporting Women aims to raise £10 million by 2023 to provide vital support to help nurture, empower and inspire young women to build their own futures through employment, self-employment, education or training.
