Story

The 31-Day Challenge for Change is a fundraising drive led by us - the MRCI team and community.

Join our Challenge for Change and take on a personal challenge this July! With your support, we'll empower migrant workers to challenge exploitation, racism and injustice.

Join us and make change happen!

We are putting on our running shoes, picking up our mics or pens, hopping on our bikes, and getting our groove on for the month of July.

You could walk/run 5km each day, cycle 10km each day, dance, bake, write, or try yoga for the first time. Choose any activity to challenge yourself for a month and help us raise funds for MRCI!

Whether you take on this challenge or make a donation, you will be helping empower migrant workers to stand up for their rights.

Who is MRCI?

"MRCI has helped and fought alongside so many migrant workers with injustice, exploitation, racism and other issues concerning people with a migrant background. At MRCI we are a family, we are in a safe place." - Mel, Community Organiser

From the start, MRCI's work has been led by the people affected by the very issues we fight against, supported by countless allies from across Ireland and beyond.

MRCI empowers workers to challenge exploitation at the hand of their employers, documents racism on our streets and at our borders, and has won landmark victories for domestic workers, victims of forced labour, students, undocumented workers, families, and young people.

The money you raise will help us to:

1. Providing free and confidential supports and information through the Drop-In Centre

2. Campaigning with work permit holders to make the permit system fair and equal

3. Combating the exploitation of home care workers, agri-food workers, and so much more!

Thank you,

MRCI team and community
