Story

We're a Charity supporting Cystic Fibrosis Patients in England and Wales. By getting involved in our 'March through March' Challenge you're helping us raise funds so that our charity can continue providing patients with vital support through these difficult times. With your help, we can keep providing emergency hardship, emotional support and welfare grants and giving those with CF the opportunity to live a normal life.

Join our March through March Big 100k Challenge , walk 100k during the 31 days of March to support those with Cystic Fibrosis . Be part of something special and raise funds to help provide Covid19 Hardship Grants, AB Face Masks and Emergency Food Vouchers.

To take part, please make a donation, we recommend donating a minimum of £10 and then completing your 100k walking challenge throughout the month of March. If you think 100 kilometres is too much for you, you can choose your own target to walk throughout the month.

To track your progress, we recommend using Apps like 'MapMyWalk', 'Strava', 'Walkmeter Walking and Hiking GPS', and 'Nikerunclub'.

You can also join our Strava CF Care 100k Walking Challenge Club.

You can also use devices like a Fitbit or Apple watch to track your walks and to follow your progress.

Spread awareness of the event and of Cystic Fibrosis by using the hashtag #March4CF to post photos of your walks and of your progress to let us know how your getting on to our social media sites.
