The next 12 months will see the Rare Diseases team come together to raise funds to support patients and their families, many of whom are long term patients.

The team are aiming to provide sensory items and purchase other equipment that will support the needs of those who come to the Centre for Rare Diseases, making their visit calmer and a more enjoyable experience.
