Who are Sense?
Sense supports disabled people to communicate and experience the world.
They believe that no one, no matter how complex their disabilities, should be isolated, left out, or unable to fulfil their potential.
Sense has almost 70 years of expertise in providing personalised support for people with complex disabilities and people who are deafblind. Their network of community-based centres is there for people at all stages of life, from early years to adulthood.
They offer residential care, virtual support and lifelong opportunities to be creative and active. Sense holidays, arts, sports and wellbeing programmes aim to open up the world for disabled people all across the country.
In addition to practical support, Sense also offers information to families, and campaign for the rights of people with complex disabilities to take part in life
We are extremely grateful for the support of Cemex. Thanks to your support and commitment to our cause we will be able to reach even more people that need our services and make a lasting impact on people living with complex disabilities in the UK; THANK YOU - Hannah, Community Fundraising Manager at Sense
