2. Carry you item for a full day
Dont forget to take photos and videos of you carrying the Burden. Please share these with Richmond Borough Mind Social Media using #CarryTheBurden
3. Donate on this just giving page. Your support will help us to continue to offer mental health services to people in Richmond
Up for an extra challenge? You could make this trickier with a heavy/large/super silly item and create your own fundraising or team fundraising page (click orange 'start fundraising button on the right) and ask people to sponsor you
4. Nominate 3 people to keep the challenge going.
