Story
There are more than 6.5 million unpaid carers in the UK looking after a loved one who is older, disabled or seriously ill. That's why we are asking our fantastic fundraisers to complete a challenge or activity around the number 6.5 in February 2021.
This could be anything, from running 6.5 km a day for a week, to doing 65 burpees, to walking 65,000 steps over 6.5 days. And it doesn't need to be a physical challenge - you could bake 65 cupcakes, or even give up chocolate or alcohol for 65 days! There are no rules, apart from the Government guidelines on how to exercise and act safely during this time.
Use your imagination - what you do is entirely up to you. You can complete the 6.5 challenge on your own or as part of a team. Encourage your colleagues, family, friends to get involved!
